Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- You submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The product is in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it has only been tried on and not worn beyond this.
- It retains the original tags and packaging.
- You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Process
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return standards. If it does, we will process your refund and cover the shipping cost. However, if the product fails our inspection (for instance, if it’s been worn beyond trying on), we will send it back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the product defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
For an exchange, please return the original item, and once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product.
Refunds
